Our pressure vessels engineering is solution-based with extensive experience in the process engineering. We have certificates of various authorization required to engineered & manufacture pressure vessels.
We are capable of handling various materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steels , Nickel & Nickel Alloys and Cladding of specified materials.
We have the expertise and necessary infrastructure to manufacture pressure vessels of various types such as:
- Reactor Vessels
- Columns / Evaporators
- Filters / Separators
- Surge & Knock Out Vessels
Design Capabilities
We are capable of providing complete design engineering and analysis of pressure vessels including, stress reports, fatigue analysis, pipe stress analysis and finite element analysis.
Manufacturing
We are equipped from flame cutting, plate rolling, welding, heat treating, machining, assembly, hydro-testing to protective coatings, which ensures the specific requirements of individual customers are met time and again.
We deploy all the latest and advanced welding techniques including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW & SAW.
Heat Treatment of pressure vessels are also arranged at our works.
Testing
- We have an independent quality team to implement agreed QAP with in-process and final inspections to ensure to meet code requirements
- We also wel-come third party inspections for vessels manufactured by us.
