We also undertake the engineering & supply, installation & commissioning & control automation of distribution pipeline network within the plant.
Design Capabilities
The storage tanks are manufactured as per International codes & standards.
Fabrication
We have a full fledge facility for fabrication and production of all bottom tank plates, angular plates and roof plates, structure, nozzles, ladders, platforms etc prior to transportation and installation.
Testing
As per codes & standards.
Erection:
We have a dedicated team of engineers who are specialized in erection of huge diameter tanks from soil investigation, civil foundation works, installation and erection of tank inclusive of piping work, related electrical and instrumentation work, painting and coating
Project Management:
- Dedicated experienced separate team for project execution.
- Scheduling Tool – Microsoft projects. (MSP)
- Engineering, Material, Invoicing Tool – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- SOPs for all activities to be carried for projects & construction.
